Leveraging foot traffic from OKTA's annual user conference Oktane — held across the street at Moscone Convention Center—our client wanted to create an intimate setting for the delivery of exclusive VIP content with quiet spaces for face-to-face meetings.
We started with a custom-layered freestanding signage system for Branding, Storytelling, and Decor. It was displayed in public spaces, at the registration desk, and in breakout meeting rooms.
We also fabricated the OKTA Aura, a faux wood sculpture of wrapped dimensional fins attached to a clear acrylic base panel. Free hanging from the patio tent, the art provides a 'floating in air' presentation.
The immersive environment included dimensional letterforms and cut vinyl messages that were attached to windows and mirrors in the elevator lobby, at food stations, and even in bathrooms.
